Free Webinar Replay: How to Get More Done with a Lot Less Stress!

In this hour-long webinar-on-demand, learn how to increase productivity and lower stress with Susan Lasky, M.A., BCC, SCAC.

Do you spend more time worrying about tasks than actually doing them? Do your days slip away without meaningful accomplishment? Do you feel frustrated when a seemingly simple task takes hours or days to finish? You’re not alone.

Everyone occasionally gets stuck in a rut, but for people with ADHD, low productivity is a daily, intense struggle that corrodes self-esteem, relationships, finances, and work. Even relaxation is disturbed by nagging thoughts that we “should” be working on our tasks. To increase productivity, you need more than good intentions; you need these tools.

This webinar will explain:

  1. the two magic words for getting more done
  2. why motivation is not activation, and how to turn on your “get started” switch
  3. practical strategies to minimize overwhelm and maximize productivity
  4. the critical difference between a task and a project
  5. how changing sleep/wake cycles can super-charge your day
  6. why less is often more — think action list not to-do list
  7. the value of turning a need-to/have-to/must-do into a want-to
  8. the benefit of planning time vs. doing time
  9. how to eliminate time wasters: perfectionism, negative thinking, screens
